Figs, whose scientific name is "Ficus carica" are a typical Mediterranean fruit which for centuries has been appreciated by different cultures.

You can take fresh or dried and have properties that make them essential nutrients in diets of children, athletes and pregnant women.
 
PAIARROP's fig jam is made from the dried fig naming Fowler, the sweetest and finest leather. We also add honey-lemon azhar that helps us give syrupy texture of a good jam. It has a high percentage of fruit, no preservatives, no coloring and no added flavorings .... as was our grandmother.
